Guys! I am back from my hiding. I feel so good right now and thinking about going somewhere again next weekend. Yeah..another trip to some isolated place but it is not confirmed yet.
I want to share with you some photos I took during my vacation. The place is very nice, peaceful, far from the city, near the duty free zone in Bukit Kayu Hitam (Thailand boarder) and this lovely resort is owned to my good friend.
I came across with this wonderful people in Penang and we often go out for a bottle or two Tiger Beer in the pub by the name B@92. This pub is owned by a friend by the name Alex. If you happen to be here in Penang just let me know, I will take you there so you can buy me a bottle or two Tiger beer. ;-)
There are so many things you could do in this resort. They have a very huge swimming pool, large area, privacy, outdoor activities like biking or just hang out by the pool side with chilled beer and "What is the problem?" That is what my friend Alex often say when he is trying to put through his idea. Haha.
On top of that, they have a wonderful kitchen runs by wonderful and talented Chef Suffian. The food was wonderful. I couldn't ask for more. Thank you Chef Suffian.
And this is some brief info about the resort. Seri Kedah Gardeniaa has been providing traditional Kedahan hospitality to thousands of local and foreign guests, private corporations and government bodies since May 1996. Over the years, this resort has matured into a lush tropical garden and is a perfect starting point for your North Malaysian experience.
The resort is located in a green landscaped 25 acre valley, a world away from the hustle and bustle of city life. Immerse yourself in total peace and quiet, relax with a book from our library, enjoy a game of chess or simply refresh yourself by taking a dip in our large free form swimming pool.
With the recent addition of the Gardeniaa Training Centre, we now provide top class seminar facilities at incredibly affordable prices in a one stop centre located on the Resort premises. If you need more information about the resort, you may contact them directly at the address below.

I have a good news for you. If you are someone who are looking for an opportunity to work in hotel line or in the resort, with pleasant personality, able to communicate in Bahasa Melayu and some simple English, willing to learn, able to work with minimum supervision, creative and willing to relocate to Kedah, please let me know. If you are interested and posses the above requirements, you can submit your application letter with your recent passport size photo and updated curricular vitea to me. I will pass it to them. I will do the initial screening as I don't want you to go there and spoil the whole thing. Most importantly, I don't want to spoil my friendship with them by sending them a horrible staff. Don't get me wrong. I am just helping here. I am not an employment agent! I was told that accomodation and food is provided.
If you are interested, you may leave your e-mail in the comment section. I will get back to you. I don't want to put my personal address here because I don't wish to see my inbox being flooded with spam e-mails.
Enough talking about my vacation. Let talk about something else.
If you still remember my blog post about Pesta Magahau, actually I was looking for some news reports about it. There is no news report about it. Seriously, what went wrong here? I don't know if there is some news report about the Pesta Magahau somewhere, if there is, please let me know.
The reason why I want to read something about it is because I want to see the impacts and effectiveness of such event in promoting Rungus culture. Do we need more Pesta Magahau to promote Rungus culture? I would love to put up an online poll to see the responds about it.
I better hit the bed now. It is getting late and I am having some hard time tomorrow. I need to attend a series of informal meetings. ;-)
