For a taste of the Philipines, swing by Masarap Filipino Cuisine which aptly mean 'delicious' in Tagalog. The restaurant first opened its doors in Sandakan and not long after, found its way to Kota Kinabalu.

Wanting to bring something authentically different, the owners discovered that Filipino cuisine was a bit hit among the local diners. The fusion of sweet, sour and savoury is truly Filipino and and interesting change from local fare. Prepared by Filipino chefs, the menu boasts and array of Filipino favourites including the daing na bangus (fried milk fish), longganisa (Filipino-style pork sausages) and mouthwatering sinigang hipon (a tangy soup teeming with prawns, sow string beans, white carrots and water spinach)

The restaurant which can seat 120 people comfortably also caters to private functions up to 60 guests. Home delivery service for a minimum order of RM 20.00 is also on offer. Business hours are from 10.30am to 10.30pm daily and live entertainment is available on the second floor from 7.00pm to 10.30pm. Reservation are encourage to avoid disappointment especially on the eve of public holiday and weekends.
